Cerwin Homes starts by developing a "Plan of Action" for your specific project. This will be the roadmap that assures all steps are carefully planned, communicated and executed. We will cover your vision, lot, general design, blueprints, selections, budget, schedule, team leaders and more. This first step is critical to the success of the project and we won't move forward until you are completely satisfied.

Beginning construction for your custom home is an exciting and important step in the home-building process. At this stage, your home's foundation is laid and the framing begins to take shape. Cerwin Homes will work closely with you to ensure that the construction process stays on track and that your vision for your dream home is realized.
After every "t" is crossed and "i" is dotted, we'll complete the final punch list to your satisfaction before we turn over the keys and you move into your new dream home. Even after you take possession, Cerwin Homes will be there to make absolutely sure everything is right. We stand behind our work!

Your project is managed by a single point of contact, the Project Manager, who coordinates with the entire team to ensure every detail is meticulously completed so there are no surprises. Updates, additional planning and review meetings will occur throughout the project and even after delivery. You can rest assured we will communicate with you every step of the way.
